I always try to support local businesses and restaurants so when my coworkers and I decided to order lunch out, I suggested Firebelly Lounge. We had a coupon for them in the Attractions book and so 4 of us ordered lunch and informed them of the coupon. Upon arriving, my coworkers were told that they would not honor the coupon for carryout and they hadn't made the food. Since we had a short amount of time for lunch, they left disappointed and hungry. When they returned to work and informed me of the situation, I called Firebelly's and spoke with the supposed owner, Todd Sanders. He blamed us for the entire situation and offered no compensation for the ruined lunch. The coupon did not state anywhere that it was "dine in only" and Mr. Sanders along with his staff was very rude. I hate to boycott local businesses, but no one should be treated that way, especially in this economy. If you are expecting friendly service, do not go to Firebelly Lounge.
